Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP-BC (Board-Certified)
Rochelle Edwards is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who enjoys working with children ages 5 and older, adolescents, and adults. She welcomes both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals.
She has experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, attention deficit disorders, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and personality disorders.
Rochelle’s approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. She partners with patients to identify strengths, understand concerns, and develop treatment plans that are sustainable, evidence based, personalized, and meaningful.
Outside of work, Rochelle enjoys listening to music, interacting with her fur babies, and coloring.

Family & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC
Olubukola “Bukky” Askew is a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Practice Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally informed care for patients across the lifespan. With experience in both mental health and primary care settings, she brings a comprehensive and integrated approach to overall wellness.
Bukky’s collaborative care style focuses on identifying root concerns and developing personalized treatment strategies that thoughtfully combine medication management with supportive therapeutic interventions. She is passionate about empowering individuals and families, improving access to quality care, and fostering strong community and professional relationships.
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP-BC
Tina is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner whose nursing career began in 2012 in addiction recovery, followed by community-based mental health work as an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Nurse serving Kalamazoo County. She earned her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification (PMHNP-BC) in 2023 from Walden University.
She provides care to individuals of all ages and treats a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, psychosis, and substance use disorders. Tina values building strong therapeutic relationships through attentive listening and a person-centered approach to care.
Her clinical approach includes collaborative treatment planning, medication management, therapeutic interventions, and one-on-one therapy, with an emphasis on meeting each patient’s unique needs.
Outside of her clinical work, Tina enjoys spending time outdoors, camping with her family, traveling, and making memories with her growing family and beloved fur babies. She looks forward to meeting you at your first appointment.
Virtual Office Assistant
Destinee serves as the Virtual Office Assistant and is often the first point of contact for the practice. She plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by supporting a wide range of administrative and clinical coordination tasks.
Her responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering messages, processing prior authorizations, assisting with collaboration and communication with outside providers and agencies, and managing medication refill requests. Destinee is dedicated to providing timely, organized, and compassionate support to both patients and providers.
She is always happy to assist and encourages patients to reach out with any questions or needs.
Canine Comfort Ambassador
Meet Buddie, our four-legged team member dedicated to making every visit a little brighter. Buddie works alongside Rochelle, providing a calming holistic approach for patients of all ages.
Whether you are navigating a tough conversation or just need a quiet moment of support, Buddie is here to offer a wagging tail and a non-judgmental ear. She specializes in “deep pressure therapy” (aka sitting on your lap), reducing anxiety levels.
Buddie strives to close the gap between clinical care and emotional comfort. She is a gentle soul who wants to support our community on their journey toward healing and balance.
